For her birthday, Irena received a gift voucher for MR. CLAY training. The training got her so “hooked” that since then more than one wall has been plastered with clay plaster :) After the Module I and II training, she tried her hand at decorating an accent wall in her sister's billiard room and a niche in the stairwell, refreshed her aunt's shoe cabinet doors, and later covered the walls and ceilings at home with clay plaster too.

MR. CLAY mixes used: white decorative clay plaster, clay paints and clay-marble putty FINISH No. 9.

A few months later I refreshed the doors of my aunt's shoe cabinet, which were made of board. After a lot of rubbing, it turned into a pretty nice marble

At home, we renovated the rooms in several stages, and I decorated both the walls and the ceilings with clay plaster I have more plans for clay plaster in the future, so I'm going bit by bit

What was the hardest part?

The hardest part was preparing the walls, since I had never done anything like it before, but once properly prepared, working with clay plaster is super enjoyable, especially knowing that if something goes wrong, it can easily be fixed. You can even create a masterpiece

Did the result turn out right away?

The first time was more difficult, there was definitely something to fix, but after that – everything was creative.
