TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE “LOYALUS 10” LOYALTY PROGRAM FOR PARTICIPANTS

1. What is “LOYALUS 10”?

“LOYALUS 10” is a loyalty program designed for customers of the online store www.clay.lt. Under this program, customers accumulate the total value of their purchases and, upon reaching a specified annual purchase target, receive a discount coupon for their next purchase.

The purchase amount accumulates from all products available in the e-shop.

The program applies only to purchases made in the online store www.clay.lt and is not combined with orders or payments made through other channels.


2. Who can participate in the program?

The loyalty program is open to:

  • Registered www.clay.lt users with an active customer account;

  • Customers who express their wish to participate in the loyalty program (verbally, by email, or in another form).

To participate, a customer must create an account in the www.clay.lt e-shop and inform the administrator by email at vadyba@clay.lt, indicating the email address used for registration.

Participation in the loyalty program is not automatic — a customer is enrolled only after expressing their wish to participate. The customer will be informed about their enrollment by email (the email provided during account registration). The program rules will be sent together with the confirmation.

Participation in the loyalty program does not affect product prices in the e-shop, does not limit the possibility to pay using gift vouchers, or to use valid discount codes. It also does not restrict the possibility to purchase discounted products when such discounts are available in the e-shop.

Participation in other loyalty programs

To ensure clear and fair conditions, a customer may participate in only one www.clay.lt loyalty program at a time. Participation in the “LOYALUS 10” program is not possible if the customer is already participating in another active www.clay.lt loyalty or special discount program.


3. How does purchase accumulation work?

  • The purchase target of the loyalty program is EUR 2,000 (including VAT).

  • Only fully paid and completed orders are counted.

  • The purchase amount accumulates from all products/services available in the e-shop.

  • The purchase amount is accumulated over a 12-month period.

  • Purchases made outside the www.clay.lt e-shop are not included.

  • Customers can track their purchase progress in their customer account, during checkout, in the cart information section.


4. When is the discount coupon granted?

Upon reaching EUR 2,000 (including VAT) in purchases within 12 months, the customer is granted a 10% discount coupon.

With a EUR 2,000 (including VAT) purchase target, the coupon value equals EUR 200 (including VAT).

The discount coupon is not issued automatically.

After reaching the purchase target, the customer must contact vadyba@clay.lt to request the coupon.


5. How and where can the discount coupon be used?

  • The discount coupon can be used only in the www.clay.lt online store.

  • The full coupon amount must be used in a single purchase.

  • The coupon is valid for 3 (three) months from the date of issue.


6. Returns and discount coupons

If an order is fully paid using a discount coupon, such goods cannot be returned and no refund is issued.

If the coupon amount is less than the total cart value, in the event of a return only the amount actually paid by the customer will be refunded. The coupon portion is not reinstated.

If goods are returned before reaching the purchase target, the accumulated purchase amount is reduced accordingly.


7. Program cycles

The loyalty program operates in 12-month cycles.

After reaching the purchase target and receiving the discount coupon, a new accumulation cycle starts from zero.

If the purchase target is not reached within 12 months, the cycle is considered completed.


8. Program validity and changes

The organizer undertakes to implement the first 12-month cycle of the loyalty program.

After the first cycle ends, the program may be terminated, modified, or restarted under different conditions. The organizer is not obliged to inform participants personally.

This does not affect already issued and valid discount coupons.


9. Additional information

Discount coupons cannot be exchanged for cash.

Unused coupons are not reinstated after their expiration date.
