1. International Shipping
We deliver products worldwide. If you do not find your country in the list, please contact us at vadyba@clay.lt, and we will arrange delivery to your specified address.
All products are shipped directly from our factory located in the Alytus district, allowing us to ensure fast and direct delivery.
2. Delivery Partners
We cooperate with reliable logistics partners:

Venipak – for parcels and shipments up to 700 kg
(single parcels up to 30 kg are delivered to the door; palletized shipments are delivered to the site).
⚠ IMPORTANT:
When the Venipak courier contacts you to inform you about the delivery, we strongly recommend accepting the shipment and not rescheduling it, even if the courier mentions that rescheduling is possible.
In all cases, courier companies issue additional invoices for repeated delivery attempts, although this is often not mentioned during the call. In such cases, we will re-invoice these additional delivery costs to you.

Raben Logistics – for large and heavy goods from 100 kg to 1000 kg
(pallet deliveries are made to the site using heavy-duty vehicles with a lift. Good access roads and a stable surface must be ensured). -
Omniva, LP Express, Venipak parcel lockers – up to 10 kg
(collection at the selected parcel locker).
During the cold season, products such as primers or varnishes are not shipped via parcel lockers due to the risk of freezing.
3. Delivery Timeframes

Standard delivery within Lithuania: 2–5 business days after payment is received.

For oversized or very heavy shipments, an individual delivery schedule may be arranged.

4. Delivery Prices and Conditions
Delivery costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the product weight and delivery address.
Shipping to the Curonian Spit incurs an additional fee of €48.40.

6. Important Notes

Orders with a total weight of 100 kg or more are considered pallet shipments and are delivered only to the specified or the nearest accessible address. Unloading and carrying the goods is the customer’s responsibility.

A responsible person must be present to receive the shipment at the time of delivery.

If access to the site is not possible, delivery will be made to the nearest accessible point.
⚠ IMPORTANT (Venipak):
When contacted by a Venipak courier, we strongly recommend accepting the delivery on the agreed date and not rescheduling it. Additional costs for repeated delivery attempts are charged by the courier company and will be invoiced to you.
DISPUTES AND CLAIMS
If you encounter any issues or questions while waiting for or unloading a shipment, please contact us first, as we can usually help resolve situations more quickly.

If the shipment arrives visibly damaged, do not accept it, and note the reason for refusal on the courier’s delivery document.
If damage is discovered after acceptance, please take photos and send them as soon as possible to vadyba@clay.lt.
All claims related to delivery or unloading services must be submitted with a detailed description and photos to vadyba@clay.lt. Depending on the situation, we commit to responding within 1–5 business days.
If delivery issues arise after the goods have left the SELLER’s warehouse or no agreement is reached regarding unloading, and it is determined that the BUYER did not properly assess access conditions or failed to inform the SELLER at the time of order, the BUYER shall cover all delivery-related costs.
