PRODUCT RETURN CONDITIONS
Products that are complete and in their original, undamaged packaging may be returned within 14 days.
Color pigments, “Try-it” mixtures, and gift cards are non-returnable.
Refunds for returned products are issued to the Buyer’s bank account within 7 business days after the returned product is received.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
After completing the product return form and presenting the purchase document, the Buyer undertakes to return the products at their own expense to one of the following addresses:
