COMPOSITION

A water-dilutable mixture of brown clay and sand. The components of the mixture are not harmful.

SUITABLE FOR APPLICATION ON:

  • Various types of block and brick masonry;

  • Reinforced concrete panels;

  • Straw bale walls;

  • Insulation wool intended for plastering;

  • Log walls (requires additional use of wooden laths, reed mats, or mesh);

  • Stoves, fireplaces;

  • Other mineral construction surfaces.

SURFACE PREPARATION

All water-absorbing surfaces — such as ceramic masonry — must be moistened with water 1–3 times before plastering. When plastering log walls, wooden laths, reed mats, or mesh must be used. Areas where different materials meet must be reinforced with mesh.

MIX PREPARATION

Gradually pour 25 kg of the mixture into a bucket containing 4.5–5.5 L of water and mix thoroughly with an electric mixer. Before starting the plastering work, allow the mixture to soak for at least 30 minutes.

USAGE TIME OF PREPARED MIX

Keep the prepared clay mixture covered in a cool place. It is recommended to use it within 1–2 weeks.

APPLICATION / TOOLS

The plaster can be applied to the wall by hand or mechanically using various machines such as PFT G4/G5, etc. Apply and level using stainless-steel trowels or straightedges.

PLASTER THICKNESS

When applying in one coat, the maximum plaster thickness is 10 mm. Once the first layer has dried, another layer can be applied after moistening the surface.

Avoid direct sunlight and drafts during work.

DRYING TIME

Depending on the thickness of the plaster and the total plastered area, drying may take up to 7 or even 14 days. It is recommended to use dehumidifiers indoors, especially during the colder season.
